Nutrition plan designed according to foods you like and an exercise plan designed according to the fitness equipment you have available whether it be body weight, dumbbells, universal gym, fitness center, bands or a combination of them.
When you redeem your offer you will be sent an exercise and nutrition questionnaire which will help determine your exercise and nutrition plan. You will have access to specialists to answer all your questions, hold you accountable and keep you motivated.
